Based in Marvel’s X-Men universe, X-Men: Dark Phoenix is the 12th installment in the blockbuster film series. The renowned screenwriter and producer Simon Kinberg makes his directorial debut with this highly anticipated franchise sequel. The film essentially focuses on Jean Grey (played by Game of Thrones fame Sophie Turner) who due to a mishap in the space loses all the control of her abilities & unleashes the Phoenix. With stalwarts such as James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence and many more acting in the film, it is one of the most awaited sequels of the year.
This is the story of one of the X-Mens most beloved characters, Jean Grey, as she evolves into the iconic DARK PHOENIX. The film is the most intense and emotional X-Men movie ever made. It is the culmination of 20 years of X-Men movies, as the family of mutants that weve come to know and love must face their most devastating enemy yet — one of their own.
