- Coconut oil – 500g
- Lye (Sodium Hydroxide) – 95g
- Distilled water – 190g
- Essential oil (optional) – 20–30 drops (lavender, tea tree, rose, etc.)
🧴 Preparation Method
- Safety First:
Wear gloves and goggles. Work in a well-ventilated area. - Make Lye Solution:
Slowly add lye to distilled water while stirring (never pour water into lye). Let it cool down. - Melt Coconut Oil:
Gently melt coconut oil in a stainless steel or heat-safe glass container. - Combine Oils and Lye:
When both lye solution and melted oil reach around 35–40°C, slowly mix them together. - Blend Until Trace:
